Due to recent changes in EU regulations, specifically the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to send signed books to Northern Ireland or any EU countries.

The GPSR requires any company based outside the EU to appoint a Responsible Person (RP) within the EU in order to sell products there. The RP must:

• Ensure products meet stringent safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Oversee product labeling and compliance with import requirements.
• Collaborate with market authorities and address safety issues.

As independent authors and publishers, we operate with limited resources. Unfortunately, the cost of appointing an RP and complying with these new regulations is beyond our capacity. This decision was not made lightly, as we deeply value all our customers, including those in Northern Ireland and the EU.
