Lena is a graduate of Speech and Dramatic Art with a diverse professional background spanning the BBC, the Metropolitan Police, and the NHS. Her experience in emergency response sharpened her ability to think quickly and lead effectively under pressure—skills she now applies to the publishing industry. Additionally, raising and home-educating her neurodiverse children has deepened her commitment to fostering accessibility and representation in literature.

After years in education and public service, Lena founded Frami Books, where she remains dedicated to its growth and mission. Her passion for storytelling, combined with her entrepreneurial drive, fuels her vision of bringing meaningful and engaging literature to a wide audience.

Beyond publishing, Lena enjoys exploring museums and historical landmarks, taking long walks with her dogs, and spending time with her family.

As a Marketing & Publishing Manager at Frami Books, Callum plays a crucial role in bringing stories to life and ensuring they reach the right audience. His expertise spans book formatting, digital media creation, advertising strategy, and customer fulfillment, helping to make each publication accessible and engaging for readers.

Passion for Autism Awareness

Beyond publishing, Callum is dedicated to raising awareness about autism. He began writing his debut memoir, The Secrets of My Spectrum, at just 16, aiming to support children like him, guide parents, and foster a greater understanding of life on the autism spectrum.

His journey as a writer was inspired by conversations with his mother, who was writing her own novel at the time. This collaboration led to the creation of two children’s picture books, where Callum focused on accessibility, ensuring a dyslexia-friendly reading experience. He is currently working on the sequel to The Secrets of My Spectrum.

Outside of his publishing work, Callum enjoys car detailing as a form of mindfulness. While he prefers to stay behind the scenes, he deeply appreciates the support from readers and remains engaged with the community.

Ethan’s writing offers a unique perspective on life with PDA, aiming to provide insight and validation to those who relate to his experiences. Whether you're autistic, have Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), or are simply looking to learn, his work fosters greater understanding and connection.

Interests & Inspiration

Beyond editing and writing, Ethan has a strong interest in gaming, medieval British history, and weaponry. He also enjoys weightlifting, embracing both the mental and physical challenges it presents.

 Andrew graduated from Leicester University with a First-Class Degree in Illustration before moving to London, where his exceptional drawing ability earned him a coveted position as a trainee animator at Walt Disney Animation. After his time at Disney, he became a sought-after animator, director, and character designer, working with all the major London-based commercial animation studios to create high-profile commercials for both the UK and US markets.

Alongside his animation career, he mastered Adobe Illustrator, blending his deep understanding of traditional drawing and dynamic composition with a bold, contemporary aesthetic. His talent has attracted a diverse client base across publishing, packaging, toys, games, and advertising, making him a standout creative force in the industry.
