Frami Books Return & Refund Policy

At Frami Books, we are committed to ensuring you're happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition as when you received it—unread, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging (P&P) costs or transaction fees. Return postage must be covered by the customer, as our books are shipped via a third party and we cannot request refunds for these charges. The cost of the book itself will be refunded once we receive the item in good condition.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at framibooks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong book so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, and personalised or custom orders. If you have any questions about a specific item’s eligibility for return, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a book is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with purchasing the new book.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund the cost of the book (excluding P&P and any transaction fees) within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
