 If you've purchased an eBook, audiobook, or signed copy and haven't received it yet, here's what to check.


eBooks & Audiobooks: We deliver digital books through our trusted partner, BookFunnel.


  1. Look for an email from BookFunnel — it will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.
  2. If it's not there:
    • Double-check your order confirmation to see which email was used.
    • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
    • If you need help or entered the wrong email, contact BookFunnel here: https://bookfunnel.com/help/


Signed/Unsigned Physical Books from Frami Books. 

Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon-Fri) will typically be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday if ordered late on Friday).

Shipping times depend on the postage option selected at checkout. 


Please note that Royal Mail operates Monday to Friday, so delivery may vary based on the chosen service. The shipping cost you pay is based on your selected delivery method. 

  • Orders placed after 6 pm on Friday are packed promptly, but aren't collected until Monday at 6 pm.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
  • If your book hasn't arrived by that time, email Helena or Sean at hello@framibooks.com and we'll look into it for you.


Books from Other Retailers  

If you ordered your book from Amazon, Waterstones, Barnes & Noble, or The Great British Bookshop:

  • Contact the retailer's customer service team directly for help with your order.
  • Books ordered through The Great British Bookshop are printed to order, so they may take a little longer to arrive than stocked titles.
