Return & Refund Policy

 At Frami Books, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.


Eligibility for Returns

To return a book, it must be in the same condition you received it—unread, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).


Please note, postage and packaging costs (P&P) and transaction fees (like Payhip or PayPal fees) can’t be refunded. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We can't cover the return shipping, as our books are shipped via third-party couriers, but we’ll happily refund you for the cost of the book once we receive it back in good condition.


Damaged or Faulty Books

We want you to receive your books in perfect condition, but if something’s wrong, we’ve got your back. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible! If you can send us a photo of the damage, we’ll send you a replacement book right away. We’re happy to sort it for you!


Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes a book isn’t quite what you expected. If you change your mind, you can still return it, but you’ll need to cover the return postage costs. Don’t worry though, we’ll refund the full cost of the book once we’ve received it back in good condition—just remember that P&P and transaction fees can’t be refunded.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply email us at hello@framibooks.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and let you know where to send your book. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation won’t be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items can’t be returned, including:

Sale items, Gift cards, Personalised or custom orders (e.g., books with custom inscriptions) 

If you’re unsure about whether an item is returnable, feel free to ask before purchasing.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange a book, the easiest way is to return the original item and then place a new order. Once we’ve received your return, you’re good to go!


Refunds

Once we’ve received your returned book, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved. If everything’s in order, we’ll refund you the cost of the book within 14 days via your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it might take a little while for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
